Bulk-Billing

We offer bulk-billing to eligible patients at The Doctors at Lavington and Thurgoona.

Eligible patients include but are not limited to:

Pension Card holders
Health Care Care holders
Patients under the age of 16

Ask our receptionists or your GP if you are eligible.

As of November 2025 our Lavington clinic will be a fully bulk-billing clinic for eligible services. Our Thurgoona clinic will remain a mixed billing clinic.

Monday – Wednesday : 8am – 8pm
Thursday – Friday : 8am – 6pm
Saturday : 8.30am – 12.30pm

After Hours

Outside of Office Hours, and on Sundays and Public Holidays your doctor may be available for Telehealth Consultations. Your doctor may charge an additional fee for this service. Call 02 6057 7100 and choose the option to connect the call.

Nurse on Call may also be contacted for further advice on 1800 022 222.

EMERGENCIES should always call an Ambulance on 000.

Results

It is recommended that you call 3-5 business days after having a pathology test and 5-7 days after having an imaging test, to enquire if your results have been received by your doctor, during this call our staff can then advise if a recall appointment is necessary.
